Thomas+Tina ~ Biddle Ranch Wedding 🙂

Thomas+Tina ~ Married at Biddle Ranch Vineyard in Edna Valley, CA! This couple has the sweetest love story, minted in 1982 when they first met whilst traveling abroad! They were star crossed lovers, sort of. As far as I can tell, the story goes, Thomas has always had a thing for Tina & always will ;). It’s easy to see why, Tina just glows wherever she goes ~ and she glows the most, when she’s around Thomas.

A few notable things about Thomas & Tina, they like to kiss. From our very first meeting in Avila Beach, {View Engagement Photos} it was clear that they were nervous about having their picture taken…so, I told to ‘try that & try this’ and the one thing that they seemed to have mastered, was the kiss. And from that point on, if they saw me get me camera in ready position, they went in for the kiss! And well, there’s just something sweet about this.

On their wedding day, Thomas had two pennies in his penny loafers, one with the date 2017 (makes sense ~ the year they married) ~ the other dated 1982. So I say, “what gives?” Of course, this launches Thomas into the story of when they met. My response was “well, that’s awesome ~ I was born in 1982!” It was just one of those moments where my suspicion was confirmed: I was meant to photograph this beautiful occasion. And a BEAUTIFUL occasion it was! Filled with every thing and everyone that Thomas & Tina love! We were serenaded with amazing-live jazz music courtesy of the William Wingfield Quartet! These guys jammed it all out, including some of the newlywed’s favorites by Steely Dan! The tables were set…and they were set so beautifully ~ wonderful design courtesy of the amazing Amanda Holder with all the excellent contributions of Taste SLO, which brought an excellent menu paired with wines from the conveniently located Biddle Ranch Vineyards (which surrounded us in a spectacular way!). Oh, and a bounty of desserts from Just Baked SLO!
