Morro Bay Kite Festival

The Morro Bay Kite Festival ’13 was this weekend. There was some serious kite action – if you’re into that – and from the turnout, many people are. The synchronized kite performances were particularly riveting. And to think, the phrase “Go Fly a Kite” used to be a phrase synonymous with “buzz-off.” It looks like this kite-flying association doesn’t understand sarcasm.
