Indian Wedding Justin Vineyards

Coming Down

Minesh+Juhi enjoyed their shoot at Indian Wedding at Justin Vineyards ~ Paso Robles, CA.

I’ve been craving a shoot at Justin Vineyards in Paso Robles ever since I first saw the Castle, yes, a castle, for a wedding last December. And Justin’s Castle is not the only feather in their cap ~ they were awarded ‘American Winery of the Year’ by Wine Enthusiast magazine at the end of 2015! Not too shabby. Needless to say, when we were afforded the opportunity to shoot at this beautiful venue, I was elated!

A few months later, the vineyard is now bustling and made for a beautiful setting for Minesh & Juhi’s Indian Wedding Styled Shoot. This shoot was an opportunity for these two to really spend time collecting beautiful photos to feature Juhi’s amazing-traditional sari ~ in a much more casual & intimate style than they’ll enjoy on their wedding day!

In Sanskrit, the name Juhi means ‘flower’ ~ so fitting for this blossoming beauty! I love the way Juhi red dress with gold detail popped against every beautiful & ornate background at the Castle!

The scenes changed as we moved from the cellar, to the vineyard, to the castle ~ but the colors of love followed us throughout the day!

Meet the crew

Blake Andrews founded SLOtography in 2008 and now works alongside photographer James Lester and videographer Robin Ayers. Together, they bring more than 30 years of experience (and serious good vibes) to weddings and events throughout San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast.

Natalie & Jaron threw one of the most unforgettable weddings I’ve had the joy of capturing — a colorful, campy, non-traditional celebration at the iconic @madonnainn1958 that broke every mold in the best way possible. Think: a tattoo bar, a 1900s box camera photobooth, rhinestones, cowboy boots, floral his & her outfits and some serious line dancing magic…

There’s not enough space here to show it all >> venture to the blog (link in profile) for more :)
