San Luis Obispo’s Downtown Farmers’ Market is always a fun place to people watch; in fact, oftentimes you’ll encounter people dressed up…but there’s nothing like Halloween at SLO’s Downtown Farmers’ Market! Trick-or-treaters running rampant. People, young and old, in elaborate costumes…way too much fake blood. It’s a spectacle for sure.
