The San Luis Obispo Downtown Association has a mascot, his name, Downtown Brown…and he’s got a crew…and they all got together to celebrate his birthday party at Farmers’ Market (including trees, crime dogs, the Cuesta Cougar, penguins & even the PG&E helmet!).
