Monday Club Wedding
Brittany & Christian tied the knot on a beautiful day…with a little bit of rain…well, let’s just say when it rains, it pours ;). And we all know, rain is good luck on wedding day…so, in this case, the luck was super good 🙂
A little history of the Monday Club:
This stunningly historic venue, created by renowned architect Julia Morgan, was completed in 1934 and bears resemblance to a garden gazebo. Morgan’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in the interior, which features an awning over the stage area and captivating wall murals inspired by the loquat trees she encountered during her walks around town.
Meanwhile, the guys were getting suited (and looking fly). at the couple’s home in San Luis Obispo. And over at the Apple Farm, the girls were in their beautification routine, sipping champagne, laughing-laughing, and celebrating Brittany!
The rainclouds loomed and somehow, we found a window to get these nuptials completed before the rain truly decided to fall. After some time, the skies opened up for us, revealing the most incredible sunset in San Luis Obispo. Naturally, we mucked our way up Terrace Hill for the best vantage point to “soak” it in 😉
When we returned to the Monday Club, the dance party was already in full swing, with DJ Damian Camacho providing an amazing performance. Congratulations to the lovely couple on a beautiful and long-awaited day! The newlyweds were warmly greeted and treated to an incredible show by DJ Damian Camacho on the turntables. The dance party was instantly “fire” and at that point, I knew it was my turn to ride off into the twilight.
Congratulations to the newlyweds ~ thank you for sharing your incredible day. It was a treat to document your love story 🙂
