Angela+Thomas’ ~ Mission San Miguel Wedding!
Founded in 1797, the Mission San Miguel is such a beautiful & authentic mission. It stands alone, along the El Camino Real, surrounded by a small adobe wall and beautiful succulents. This space looks like a time capsule, preserved & restored to perfection. I love the huge mission doors that offer entry to the long hall. When the doors swing open allowing a beacon of light in, and once your eyes adjust you can spot the bride, Angela, aptly named as she floats down the aisle angelically 😉
Whereto for the honeymoon? Well, the Bourbon Trail of course ~ (Kentucky) for some epic whiskey tasting! I’d love to have followed along to capture spring on the bourbon trail (with some samplings of course); but alas, the honeymoon was not for me. I’m stoked to see that these two did the wedding their style (with a lot of backbreaking work) to rejuvenate this classic barn. Such an awesome celebration filled with good people a lot of love & these two newlyweds at the center of it all!
