The Mayes Family met me at the beautiful Old Edna Townsite in Edna, California. The townsite is very easy to find, adjacent to the intersection of highway 227 and Price Canyon Road ~ and next door to Sextant Winery.
Old Edna Townsite is filled with excellent portrait opportunities; there are several barns, a beautiful rental home, and views of the angular hills with a backdrop of agricultural fields. It’s perfect! The two boys, cousins/brothers…or “Brousins” had fun petting the goats, jumping on tractors and being passed around for portraits.
This was a fun portrait session in a beautiful place ~ looking forward to getting back here this winter/spring to see how much it changes!
