Avila Beach Golf Resort, with its panoramic ocean views and breezy coastal vibe, set the stage for a stunning ceremony. Guests were welcomed with the sounds of waves in the distance, a salty breeze in the air, and a venue dressed to perfection thanks to the talented touch of Simply Treasured Events.

Fiorella Floral brought the ceremony space to life with artfully arranged florals that perfectly matched the energy of the day—lush, colorful, and joyfully elegant. There were vibrant blooms, touches of greenery, and romantic accents that tied everything together beautifully.

Kacey made her entrance in classic style—radiant, glowing, and full of grace. Her look was effortlessly beautiful thanks to the styling magic of @beautygoeseverywhere and @parisdoeshairk. As she walked down the aisle, all eyes were on her, but Kyle’s expression said it all. The way he looked at her—pure joy, admiration, and excitement—it was one of those moments you don’t forget.

Cocktails, Coastlines, and Community

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and lawn games with the scenic backdrop of Avila Beach. The resort’s relaxed, coastal layout gave guests space to spread out and savor the moment—whether chatting with a drink in hand, walking along the greens, or soaking in the sunset hues reflecting off the water.

The celebration was as flavorful as it was beautiful, thanks to a lineup of incredible vendors. Phill’s Catering served up a delicious meal, followed by the cutest desserts from Sugar Lips Mini Donuts, and a sweet cutting cake crafted by Sue Riggs. The donut station was a hit (with both kids and adults), and the smell of fresh mini donuts wafting through the air? Pure joy.

Tables dressed in Bella Couture Linen added a touch of softness and sophistication to the outdoor reception, and GYC Rentals helped set the tone with elegant pieces that blended comfort and charm.

An Evening Full of Surprises

As the sun dipped behind the hills, the real fun began. With Modern Symphony Entertainment setting the vibe, the dance floor quickly came alive. And this is where Kyle surprised everyone.

I had a front-row seat when Kyle broke out some next-level b-boy moves—the kind of stuff that usually belongs on a stage or in a dance battle. Everyone cheered, and I remember laughing to myself, thinking, “Oh, great. So they’ve got moves, too?” The guy has rhythm. It was equal parts impressive and wildly entertaining.

Meanwhile, Kacey exuded cool-girl elegance in her custom black leather jacket, embroidered with “Mrs. Allen” across the back. It was one of those little personal touches that told you exactly who she is: classic, bold, and full of charm.
