Juli & Ryan’s wedding was a beautifully designed event, crafted by two brilliant designers…and love. The day was something of a fairy tale…(not to be overly-romantic or anything). The details were brilliant: from the jewelry, to the dresses, to the spirits (whisky & Barrelhouse beer). The wedding ceremony took place high on the golden hill where the afternoon sun & breeze met, and the two declared their love in a sweet display.
The Reception kicked off with music from the Bear Market Riot band rang out as La Cuesta Ranch was in full celebration mode; horseshoes & cornhole bags sailed thru the air and carbonated beverages went to smoothly. A feast was enjoyed compliments of Sea Shanty and shortly after, the Batch Ice Cream Sandwich truck made a heroic appearance. Ryan, Juli & I snuck up the hill to capture the last light from the sun and take a long look over the land where Ryan & Juli will begin their life together as husband and wife. The dance floor lit up as the sun dipped and the whisky bar opened up right on time, as it always does. The married couple made their exit but left behind streaks of light in their wake. The barn fell silent. The day was done, not soon to be forgotten.
