Kellie+Steve ~ Married at the Cliffs ~ Pismo Beach, CA ~ September 21st, 2019
It’s always bittersweet to say goodnight to a couple at the end of a long wedding day. For one, the party is usually still going ~ the couple is on an all time high ~ and the vibe in the place is fire. Kellie & Steve’s wedding was no exception. And yet, my job is done and it’s time I give the guests an opportunity to really let loose without the possibility of a camera in their face ;). But it’s tough because I know when I leave a wedding, I may be leaving this couples’ lives…after coordinating, dreaming/scheming, hanging for engagement photos, a rehearsal dinner and an epic wedding day, it’s over. I know how that feels. I just did it myself for our wedding. It’s tough to go from an all time high to the morning after. The planning is over & that’s lovely. The marriage is official ~ that’s the best of all. But the wedding. Is in the past. And that’s what I experience nearly every single week.
But then, there’s pictures. Salvation. The feelings are coming back. The moments are captured. The vibe is preserved. Breathe it in. Right in thru your eyeballs!…Forgive me…I went off on a journey there, but I’m back to present to you: Kellie & Steve’s amazing wedding weekend!
